Studio Mayhem was founded by a single programmer, who doubles as an artist and dreamer. Currently, said artist is looking for work in the gaming industry. Any inquiries into the field will be greatly appreciated. Studio Mayhem is an exposition on gaming, and an attempt to fill a void that has been thus far created in the online multiplayer gaming world.

The Mission Statement:

Multiplayer first-person shooters and third-person shooters have always been of two main varieties:

  • The First Person shooter, a free-for-all deathmatch, where players assert dominance through the use of individual weapons and map knowledge.
  • The First Person Team Shooter, where there are two or more opposing teams, each potentially having different "classes" with unique abilities, so that the team can create a mix of characters working towards a single, cohesive goal.

Studio Mayhem is dedicated to the obliteration of the standard First-Person Shooter genres, and is instead working to meld the genres into one single coherent game. Capcom stunned the world when they introduced Street Fighter 2, providing players the ability to choose from different characters with unique abilities. Studio Mayhem desires to do the same with the First-Person Shooting genre.
